Just received a quote from Homecare Services one of the
companies that are kindly sponsoring me for the Coniston 14 and Three Peaks. This
is what they said, which is very encouraging!

know he is in training hard and doing fitness and endurance training. Matthew
has worked for us for years and is keen enthusiastic and determined to succeed.
Self motivated and pleasant he terrorises me until I end up sponsoring him!”
